At Millers Garage we always make sure we're right up to date with latest vehicle technology, first we led the way when diesel technology was new, then GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) petrol engines and now we are leading the way for Hybrid and Electric vehicle service and repair.
Hybrid, Extended range Hybrid and EV (Electric vehicles) are becoming ever more popular and with the Euro7 emissions standards due to come in to play in 2020 they are going to become the norm, every vehicle by 2020 will be some form of Hybrid or EV.
The repair and maintenance of these vehicle can be very dangerous if not carried out by a qualified Hybrid, EV technician, the voltage is these systems will at best case cause serious harm, in most cases the outcome from a high voltage shock of up to 600 volts will be fatal.
Our technicians are qualified to the highest standards possible in this country at the moment, they have taken and passed the IMI level 2 & 3 hybrid courses, they will be taking any further training courses that become available as this technology advances.
